1. Use of This Site
This website is intended for individuals aged 18 and over. You may not use this site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
2. Intellectual Property
All content, including text, graphics, videos, logos, downloads, and course materials, are the property of GHBCI and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without express written permission.
3. Purchase & Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our educational programs and want our learners to feel confident in their investment. Refunds are handled based on the type of service:
Online Courses & Certifications
All sales are final. Once access has been granted to course materials, no refunds, partial refunds, or transfers will be provided.
In-Person Workshops
Cancellations made at least 21 days before the event start date may receive a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee.
Cancellations made less than 21 days prior to the event are non-refundable.
You may request a one-time transfer to a future session with at least 7 days’ written notice.
Custom Training & Consulting Services
Refunds are not available once the engagement has begun. Custom terms are outlined in the service agreement.

4. Account Responsibilities
If you create an account through our Kajabi platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

6. Limitation of Liability
